Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund if the item hasn’t started processing.

After Shipping or Delivery: You may still be eligible for a full refund, but you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and any bank transaction fees.

Returns: If you wish to cancel or return any products, you can do so only in accordance with the return and cancellation policy. When the customer returns a product under the regulations, we will refund the customer the full amount but will need to return the product at his own expense (If you have already received the product).
